There is by far one of the best pizzas in the entire area, if not in all of Schleswig Holstein, or even in the entire north. The bistro already has a huge fan base. If you don't like the pizza here, you can only be spoiled by the Indian and Turkish dominated pizza places and delivery services throughout Germany, which are more reminiscent of US pizzas than a typical Italian one. Fortunately, no typical Neapolitan dough (soft !!) is used here, but a crispy base. The ingredients are always fresh and generally perfectly matched with the tomato sauce and cheese. The bistro is a pure take-away restaurant, you can only eat on site in exceptional cases. In times of Corona, however, difficult anyway. The chef and his pizza master are always in a good mood and super friendly. Unfortunately, we have often experienced this differently on the island. All in all THE address for pizza on the island. Everything else is an emergency solution. Other dishes like lasagna or sometimes even chicken are delicious too. The mussels are also said to be an insider tip here. Regarding a current bad rating, it should be mentioned that the bistro is neither at the ferry terminal, nor directly on the promenade, nor over a terrace Features beach or ocean views. If you give a bad (re) rating, you should at least be able to rate the right place. Because this guest was definitely not at Bistro Franco in Badestrasse!

Very tasty pizzas with homemade batter. Very easy going staff. Maybe longer waiting times.

An original Italian of the best kind. Don't just order. Also stays a little. ... for a glass of wine, a Ramazotti or just an honest word.

Bistro located on the promenade in Wyk, 200 m from the ferry terminal, on the waterfront. Although the bistro specializes in take away, the on-site shop is also well used thanks to the outdoor terrace. Reservations are a must during the season. ☝️ The menu is dominated by pizza, plus a little pasta, salad and la flute. Germanized in the compilation and without any major surprises. They are proud of an old family recipe for the pizza dough (really tasty and crispy) and the sauce, for the rest they use the ingredients in the catering wholesale, lower price segment. Average quality and taste and overall at the level of most delivery services. The service was below average when I visited. Uncoordinated staff with questionable work schedule. A lack of customer orientation and a charisma like shortly before the root canal treatment do not necessarily create a feel-good atmosphere. A beer at room temperature and too little H2CO3 rounded off the weak impression. The location with a view of the beach and the North Sea is really great. Depending on the wind direction, however, it can be quick. A visit to the Bistorante is ok after a day at the beach if you can get a seat on the terrace. Culinary manageable with room for improvement in service. PLV is ok for a tourist region. (Photo shows the view from the terrace.)

Pizza was ok - but nothing special. It felt like it wasn't seasoned & not as richly topped as advertised on the website. The waiting time is also quite long, we were only able to pick up our pizza at 9 p.m. 🍕

Great pizza, prices like the rest of the island. Waiting time perfectly respected as announced. The pizzas were still warm at home and tasted very good. The on-site service is very nice and polite. Gladly again next time

Typical Italian pizza, but not particularly big. Unfortunately, it didn't really suit our taste. The pizza was, however, quite good. The friendliness of the operator could be better, therefore a total of 3 out of 5 stars.

Pizza would have deserved three stars (pretty dry and hard), but only two due to unfriendliness. It is not possible to have a pizza cut, allegedly because then the quality of the pizza can no longer be guaranteed 😅. This is supposedly on the map, but at least it is not the case on the internet.

The gastronomic situation on the island is a complete catastrophe. There are far too many tourists and too little gastronomy to do justice to all guests. You should be aware of this if you want to spend your vacation time on the island of Föhr. That is precisely why I cannot understand bad reviews due to long waiting times. I take my hat off to the operators. They give 200% every day to really satisfy every guest and are always friendly to them. Where others have lost their good nursery, they remain calm and matter-of-fact (big cinema). About the meal: There are really delicious Italian pizzas, a super thin, crispy base, no overloaded toppings and no dripping with fat. We like them very much. My biggest tip !!: Go eat there during mussel time, we have never had such good mussels and even our non-mussel eaters could convince them. We always like to go there.

Simply delicious. Ordered pizzas were ready at the mentioned pick-up time and hot at home. Delicious, thin bottom and a lot of delicious topping. Price / performance fully ok. Certainly not the last pizzas on our vacation 😉 Keep it up.

We were allowed to pick up our two pizzas after an hour. Unfortunately, the ground was very crisp and had no taste. The tomato sauce was also rather tasteless. After all, one of the two pizzas was covered with a large amount of topping. Overall, we were disappointed with the price paid.

We were really disappointed with the pizza. Very hard and dark soil and unfortunately also very poor in taste. Service was again very nice. Therefore unfortunately only 2 stars.

Suuuuper delicious pizza !! It's more of a bistro / fast food restaurant than a classic restaurant, hence the appropriate ambience. But really fantastic pizza and very nice owner :-) And at absolutely fair prices.

We ordered 2 pizzas. After 1 1/2 hours we were allowed to collect the long-awaited pizzas. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The floor was very hard and a little dark below. For the price and the size, as well as the taste ... 3 stars, as we expected more.

Very good pizza at a reasonable price for the island. We will be back. Franco is a very pleasant host.

Pizza deserves 5 stars, but the relaxed and nice atmosphere turned into a service that didn't deserve a star. The operator obviously has problems taking care of both guests in-house and orders from outside. After we were provided with food and drinks, we were virtually "logged out". We had to wait a long time for the required invoice and then there were also calculation errors.

I now only rate the pizza of this bistro and that's fantastic! Thin, crisp ground, decking variety (also as desired) and simply hot and tasty. An Italian, the North German, as some local and combined with Italian cheerfulness! There may be more noble locations, with a higher-quality ambience, but that would not be able to keep up with the warmth in these small rooms!

Sooo a pizza we had not enjoyed for ages! Just delicious !!! In addition a tapped "healthy" and everything fit!
